Yoga & Presence
1:1 with Karen Pike

A personalised space to pause, reflect, and come back to yourself

There are times in life when a group class isn’t what’s needed.

When you’re moving through change.

Feeling unsettled, overwhelmed, or at a crossroads.
Or simply sensing the need for more personal guidance and support.

Yoga & Presence is a one-to-one offering with Sangha owner and teacher Karen Pike, created to support clarity, steadiness, and a more conscious way of meeting life.

Each session is shaped around the individual.

For some, this may include:

  • A personalised yoga or Yin practice

  • Breath and nervous system regulation

  • Gentle movement to reconnect with the body

For others, the session may be a quieter space for:

  • Reflective conversation

  • Life perspective and guidance

  • Integration during times of transition

  • Reconnecting with intention and direction

This is not a performance-based yoga session.
It is a supportive, grounded space to meet yourself honestly and gently — starting exactly where you are.

No prior yoga experience is required.

Who this is for

This offering may support you if you are:

  • Navigating change, stress, or uncertainty

  • Wanting a more personalised yoga or Yin practice

  • Seeking clarity or perspective in life or work

  • Feeling disconnected from your body or yourself

  • Looking for a quieter space for reflection and guidance

  • Returning to practice after injury, burnout, or life transition

Karen’s approach

Karen has been teaching yoga for nearly a decade and brings a calm, invitational style that honours each person’s unique experience.

Her teaching is grounded in:

  • Hatha and Yin Yoga

  • Trauma-sensitive principles

  • Nervous system awareness

  • Self-inquiry and embodied reflection

Karen’s work is guided by the understanding that yoga is more than physical movement.
It is a practice of attention, intention, and self-relationship; supporting how we show up to ourselves and to others.

Sessions are steady, spacious, and practical, offering tools that can be lived and integrated beyond the mat.

Sometimes what we need isn’t more information or another class.
Sometimes we simply need a space to pause, be heard, and come back to ourselves.
