Cancellation Policy:

Studio Classes & Workshops:

Cancellations can be done online via our booking system up until 12 hours prior to the class start time. If you need to cancel within that 12 hour period your class will be forfeited and we will be unable to refund you or transfer or reschedule your booking.

Due to our classes being limited to 13 people, we really need you to let us know if you can't make it, so we can give your spot to someone else & would really appreciate you taking the time to send us an email to: namaste@sanghastudiowagga.com

Teacher Trainings:

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your spot on any of our teacher trainings. Once the teacher training course has commenced, there are no refunds of any payments under any circumstances.

Retreats:

Cancellation Policy:

The purpose of a retreat deposit is to reserve your place and room, as well as pay for all expenses that are included in your retreat experience e.g hot springs, massage & accomodation. 

All deposits are non-refundable.

If you have paid in full & need to cancel before 30days of the retreat you will be refunded 50%

If you have paid in full & need to cancel within 30days of the retreat your payment will be forfeited and we will be unable to refund you any moneys paid.
