Nicki has just completed Shiva Rea’s Yoga Trance Dance® training with Delamay Devi & would love to share it with you.

Come & join us for a night of fun & feel the liberation in the free-form movement & dance!

Yoga Trance Dance® is free-form movement meditation to music, to liberate your creative life-force. Synthesised by Shiva Rea from the roots of universal movement and sahaja (spontaneous flow) within Yoga. Beginning with sahaja yoga, or the experience of breath-initiated yoga asana, Yoga Trance Dance flows into rhythmic kriyas and an exploration of free-form, high energy movement to cultivate embodied freedom. www.shivarea.com
