Yoga nidra or yogic sleep, is a deeply nourishing experience practiced lying comfortably in savasana, where you guide the body mindfully into conscious rest & relaxation.
Yoga Nidra: Through a carefully structured guided meditation, and through the channel of hearing, awareness is progressively drawn inwards, and we find ourselves resting somewhere between wakefulness and the dream state.
