About the event
Join Karen for a 4 week series focusing on yoga for perimenopause and menopause.
Each week we will focus on nourishing the organs that are essentially taking over from the ovaries to support hormone production, nourish the blood, and generally nourish the body as a whole through restorative yin practices that promote the free flow of energy throughout the whole body.
When we resist change (or the changes happening within) we become stuck (physically/mentally/emotionally/energetically). When we keep working at a pace beyond our energy reservoirs, we experience any number of symptoms, fatigue, brain fog, migraine, the list goes on leading to unhealthy habits that aren't supportive of this rite of passage!
Each practice will offer insight, wisdom and nourishment for mind body and spirit.
When enrolling for this series, you are committing to the 4 weeks.
Starting March 28 on Thursdays from 6-7pm for 4 weeks.
