Join Lyssa for a journey into the internal organs through yoga, massage + shamanic practice.

Learn how to release physical core tension and process emotional tension to support the optimal functioning of your insides.

The health of our internal organs isn't just important for our physical wellbeing. It's also about learning how to obtain emotional and mental wellbeing.

Lyssa will guide you through a journey of discovery to support some of the following :

Poor sleep Digestive issues (constipation, bloating, IBS, leaky gut) Anxious, stress or overwhelm Fertility issues Menopause/peri-menopause Painful menstruation/endometriosis Postpartum/scar tissue (cesarean scars or other) Depression Addiction issues Weight gain/loss Fatigue Food intolerances Anger, irritability or frustration Emotional imbalance

Expect to come away with more clarity and insight as to which practices are most suitable and supportive for you and your body and a deeper connection to your insides.

This practice is for everyone including postpartum (3 months or more). However, it isn't advised for pregnancy. If you are working with any pelvic floor related issues, scar tissue (abdominal surgery or c-section) and/or other injuries this is great for you too!
