The health of our internal organs isn't just important for our physical wellbeing. It's also about learning how to obtain emotional and mental wellbeing.

Lyssa will guide you through a journey of discovery to support some of the following :

Poor sleep Digestive issues (constipation, bloating, IBS, leaky gut) Anxious, stress or overwhelm Fertility issues Menopause/peri-menopause Painful menstruation/endometriosis Postpartum/scar tissue (cesarean scars or other) Depression Addiction issues Weight gain/loss Fatigue Food intolerances Anger, irritability or frustration Emotional imbalance
