Yin, Reiki & Sound Healing Immersion

Join Justine for a Yin Yoga, Reiki & Sound Healing Immersion.

A safe & sacred space for you to pause, rest, be & receive the healing benefits of yin, reiki & sound.

The session will start with a restorative yin yoga practise focused on nourishing the nervous system, adrenals & kidneys, with Justine intuitively doing energy clearing & reiki hands on healing, as the participants rest into the poses.

There will then be a long & restful savasana as you lie there comfortably & be guided along a sound medicine journey.

All are welcome, no experience necessary.
