About the event
We warmly invite you to join us in sacred circle for a Winter Solstice Sacred Ceremony.
An opportunity to pause, contemplate, nourish, turn inward & drop into the energies you wish to cultivate during this next cycle in preparation for spring.
During this ceremony we will journey around the medicine wheel by honouring & calling in the medicines of each of the 4 directions with space for intention setting, journaling & seed stone programming to really solidify you're life's prayer & what it is you're wanting to consciously cultivate for your mind, body, soul & life, followed by a gentle, soft & restorative yin yoga class & sound healing.
Please bring four stones or crystals, a journal & pen & an offering for the altar.
No experience is needed.
