The Heartful Mother Workshop with Inde

This workshop is for all mothers. The seasoned mums, the new mums, the ones aspiring to be, the bereaved mums. 

As a mum of two wild boys I know the importance of finding time to fill your cup up and being in community with other mamas.  To feel heard, seen and a reminder that you are not alone. It’s not often we can find space for ourselves between school drop offs and picks up, the million things to remember and keeping on top of the to do list.

During our time together you can expect to experience

• Nervous system nourishing practices

• A yoga flow with the intention to arrive at a place of calm and peace within the body and mind

• Pranayama and meditation
