Join Justine on September 22, for an Spring Equinox Ceremony.
During this ceremony you willl be guided around the medicine wheel through the 7 directions prayer with space for intention setting & seed stone programming in preparation for this next cycle ahead, followed by yin yoga & a sound medicine journey.
Please bring four stones or crystals, a journal & pen & an offering for the altar.
No experience is needed. All are welcome.
