About the event

'Meditation is the simple yet profound practice of awakening to our most fundamental self.'

You're warmly invited to join Justine for a 4-week Meditation workshop series, which  focuses on somatic healing & nervous system & emotional regulation.

Somatic healing meditation is a trauma sensitive meditation style, which focuses on present moment awareness & sensory inhibition in a safe & resourced way and takes our body as the fundamental arena of meditation practice. Rather than trying to develop meditation through our left-brain, thinking mind in a top-down process, as is the case with most contemporary approaches, somatic meditation involves a bottom-up process, wherein we connect with the inherent, self-existing wakefulness that is already present within the body itself.

Starting October 30 on Mondays from 7:15pm for 4 weeks.

These workshops are for all levels, so no experience is necessary just come with an open heart & mind.

The energy exchange for all 4 sessions is: $80

'The process of meditation initially gives us back our lives and our deepest selves, and ultimately opens our hearts to the entire universe.'
