Join Justine & Bre for 'RECEIVE': A 2 hour Therapuetic Restorative Yoga, Reiki & Bodywork Immersion.
An opportunity for the 'GIVERS' to come PAUSE, REST, BE & RECEIVE.Â
During this 2 hour immersion Justine & Bre will be co-teaching a restorative yoga class focused on nervous system regulation and will both be offering hands on assists, reiki hands on healing & therapuetic bodywork.Â
Please note: By booking this immersion, you must be comfortable with receiving hands on healing & bodywork.Â
