Mini & Me Connection Sessions with Dee

The Mini & Me Connection Sessions are an opportunity to deepen your connection with your child through the practice of mindfulness, movement, and emotional literacy. These sessions are designed for children aged 3-6 and their caregivers, offering a space where you can come together to explore, learn, and grow as a family.

In these sessions, we focus on simple yet powerful practices that support emotional regulation and strengthen the bond between caregiver and child. Through mindful movement, breathing exercises, and sensory exploration, we create a space where your child can begin to understand their emotions and learn tools to navigate the world around them.
