What is Vedic meditation? Vedic meditation is an easy and effortless technique that anyone can learn. Practiced for 20 minutes twice a day, there is no focus, no concentration and no control of the mind. This technique and its teachings come from the 5000+ year old body of wisdom known as the Veda - knowledge of the laws of nature and human consciousness from which yoga, meditation and Ayurveda are derived. Vedic meditation gives you an extraordinarily deep state of rest, dissolving built up fatigue and stress, while rejuvenating your whole mind body. Discover how simple Vedic meditation is and how a daily practice can help you let go of toxic stresses that cause symptoms of anxiety, depression, overwhelm and ill-health. Realise the profound impact meditation can have on your creativity, energy, happiness, mental performance, sleep and general health and wellbeing. Vedic meditation is enormously popular due to how quickly and easily people can master the practice creating powerful, measurable changes in their physiology and a happier, healthier, more fulfilled life. The course is taught in-person over 4 consecutive days, 1.5 hours per day. By the end of the course you will be a confident, independent meditator and part of our global meditation community. You also gain access to our lifetime membership that supports you with free weekly in-person group meditations, refresher sessions and email support. The 4-session course fee is an upfront investment that gives you a lifetime membership to Vedic meditation. About Kathleen O’Brien.
Kathleen is a Vedic meditation teacher, Naturopath and Ayurvedic postpartum doula in training. It is her desire to help people realise their innate state of love, freedom, creativity and stability through a daily practice of meditation, alongside knowledge and community support. She will teach you an easy and enjoyable letting go technique to dissolve stress and fatigue so that you can experience a full and vibrant life with greater ease and calm.
