About the event

Join us under the last Full Moon of 2023.

A final letting go, an honouring for the year that has been. A good energetic clear out to prepare for the year ahead.

Some time out for yourself; to pause, rest & be whilst receiving sound healing with crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, koshi chimes, light language, gong vibrations & medicine drumming.

This Sound Medicine journey will be in the form of a meditation, where you lie down, breath & receive the healing benefits of sonic vibrational therapy.

Sound Vibration is a very powerful and affective healing tool, which brings alignment & relaxtion to the core of our being. Our bodies are made up of 70-80% water and as a result the active water molecules respond positively to the vibrations of sound. Collectively with the ear being the organ of balance and is connected to all of our nerve pathways, sound vibration triggures our entire physical body balancing the nervous & immune systems. Research has also demonstrated that music is able to alter the rhythm of our brainwaves, heartbeat and respiration.

Energy Exchange: $35

All are welcome.

Warmly, Justine
