Join Kim Smith from Stronger Connections Constellations at Sangha on Saturday the 21st November for a Family Constellations Workshop.

Family Constellations is a powerful yet gentle way of exploring the unseen dynamics within our family systems and other important relationships, and the patterns that can shape our lives, relationships and sense of belonging.

The Constellation process offers us a unique opportunity to see things from a different perspective, allowing new understandings within ourselves and our family system. Healing energetic movements can in turn provide release, greater connection to self and others, and clarity and flow in our lives.

Something special happens when you gather as a group to witness and participate in the experience of yourself, or another individual, working within their family and collective system to release entanglements that may be present within their lineage.

No previous experience needed. Just bring yourself and an open heart & mind.
