Learn ​how to Embody Healthy Boundaries for More​ Freedom and Energy

Boundaries: the ongoing flow between ‘yes’ and ‘no’.

Boundaries are limits you set around what behaviour you will and won't tolerate in yourself and others. They can help you advocate for what you need and allow you to feel safer and more comfortable. Be clear, firm and kind when communicating your boundaries to others.

By connecting & listening to your inner wisdom, this allows you to get clear on what boundaries are needed and how to live your boundaries. Being embodied means knowing your body's different signals and what those signals feel like physically.

It’s one thing to know your boundaries from a mental place, it’s entirely different to feel your boundaries in your body.​ Boundaries aren’t all about saying no either (though that’s certainly a part of it). It’s also about being able to feel and honour what’s a clear hell yes for you.​ The more you learn to sense and locate a yes in your body, the more your life begins to take on more joy, freedom and aliveness.

You get to stop overthinking and start living more​.

When you uncover these signals of opening and closure in your tissues, you begin to discover there’s a whole different way of relating to yourself and the world.

​During this ​workshops we’ll explore somatic practices and embodied movements to help you clearly feel, honour and know what is aligned for you and what’s not​ through:

·  Somatically oriented movements to help you feel into your​ truth,​ so you can honour your deepest​ needs and desires. ​

·  Guided practices you can take with you to step more into alignment with what really matters to you in your life.

·  How to feel into the strength of your body structure, so you can hold firm on your boundaries, even if you’ve been people-pleasing for a long time.

·  Invitations and journal prompts to help you deepen this practice beyond the class format.
