About the event

Join Edwina Scerri for a two hour workshop of yoga psychology practising and learning how to build resilience from within. 

In this workshop you will practice yoga and learn psychological skills to enhance your wellbeing and manage stress.

Facilitator: Edwina Scerri

Edwina is a registered Psychologist and Psychotherapist and has worked in both the community and private sector for over 15 years providing counselling and psychotherapy services for children, adolescents and adults specialising in complex trauma. 

She  has worked with individuals who have experienced developmental, relational and attachment trauma in their lives.

Edwina has been a student of yoga for many years & overtime, began to appreciate that yoga was a great way to help manage aches and pains whilst also using breath to help with grounding and reconnecting with her body. She completed her yoga teacher training in 2022 at Sangha Studio & the teacher training supported her with deepening her yoga practice.
