About the event

Join Dr Ryan Henson aka Spine Guy and Master Breathwork Instructor Ana Balbuena for an extraordinary afternoon that transcends the boundaries of the ordinary – a unique embodiment experience where science meets spirituality in a celebration of human potential.

Consciousness is made manifest through the spine. Information incoming from the environment, to the brain, to be decoded.... and information outgoing from the brain to the environment for our expression into the world. There needs to be a mobility. A flow. An equal exchange between in and out, giving and receiving, up and down, inhalation and exhalation. Spinal extension and spinal flexion.

Come learn about this with us in this workshop as we delve into the transformative practices of spinal movement and breathwork, unlocking the secrets that bridge the realms of mind, body, and spirit. All of this while connecting with an amazing bunch of like-minded human beings.
