Astrology with Yoga with Sandeep Virdi

A two day workshop to introduce principles of astrology and how they impact you! 

This is a Divine tool helping us to understand our behavioural patterns and Self. This modality helps build an inner strength through understanding our tests, challenges and how we can strive forward.

Yoga helps us to not only realign our bodies but shift stagnant energies we hold. The combination of yoga and astrology gives us a sense of wholeness and tools to continuously work towards understanding how the planets reflect your natal chart and you.

Bio

Sandeep is a 800 hour Jivamukti Teacher. This practice is a combined Astanga and elements of hatha yoga for liberation.  Sandeep combines her knowledge of astrology and over 10 years of teaching experience into the class, leaving students feeling empowered with the intention to take yoga practice off the mat.

Sandeep has been trained by Rima Rabbath, David Life, Sharon Gannon, Richard Freeman, Eileen Hall, David Svenson, Jules Febre, Monica Jaggi and Many more.

Cost: which includes two days, plus chart work / yoga class

Early Bird = $190 until the 5th June and then $250 thereafter
