About the event
We warmly invite you to join us for a Winter Women's Gathering, a safe space for you to come PAUSE & enjoy all things that nourish your mind, body & soul.
During this 3 hour immersion we will experience & journey through some restorative yin yoga & pranayama practises, followed by enjoying warm cacao whilst journaling & drawing some cards & then share some ayurvedic winter dhal for lunch.
This is suitable for all levels and abilities & everyone is most welcome.
Change in our lives - whether it be welcome, joyful, challenging, or more subtle - presents us with the opportunity to pause and gather our energy to work with what lies ahead. Restoring our body, mind, and spirit amid change becomes an act of courage, empowerment, and hope.
