50hr Continued Education Training (CET): Anatomy, Bodywork and Hands on Assists (Level One)

Join Justine Sydenham and Lyssa Breeze for a 5 Day Immersive training in yoga anatomy, bodywork and hands on assists.

Who is this for?

• Practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of the human body from a physical and energetic perspective.
• Perhaps you are a yoga teacher looking to gain more confidence in your approach to assisting students or maybe you are a massage therapist or bodyworker interested in broadening what you can offer your clients.
• You may be a yoga student who is interested in deepening your own personal practice and would like to learn more about your body.

What will you learn?

• How to offer hands on assists that enhance your students experience
• The basic anatomy and physiology of yoga
• Myofascial release techniques & self massage practises for yourself & students
• Abdominal massage and The 5 Element Theory (TCM)
• About the Kosha's (energetics), as well as energetic practises for self-care to increase chi
• How to develop confidence when working with the human body
• How to understand your own intuitive process and how you 'receive' information from your clients
• How to offer a 60min yoga bodywork/abdominal massage session

This 50hr CET is designed so that after learning this first level with Lyssa & Justine, you will leave confident enough to start practising personally & professionally.

Each day of the training will start with a rich, deep & immersive yoga practise relevant to the material you will be learning that afternoon. So there is a well rounded balance of theory & experiential learning.
