Yoga nidra or yogic sleep, is a deeply nourishing experience practiced lying comfortably in savasana, where the body is guided into conscious rest & relaxation.
Through a carefully structured meditation, and through the channel of hearing, awareness is progressively drawn inwards, and we find ourselves resting somewhere between wakefulness and the dream state.
