In an Explorative dance session, you are given full permission to explore deep within yourself. Through the action of dance and sound you learn to move, feel and shift the emotions, thoughts and feelings up and out of the body through the movement of your body without any limitations or boundaries in a fun and comfortable environment to be completely free. 

It is so important for us to learn how to move with freedom and tap into the bodies innate intelligence, learning how to develop a rich connection within yourself.It is through this learning we become connected to our higher self, begin to feel expansiveness within our bodies and minds and increase your self-confidence.
