4 Week Explorative Dance Journey

In an Explorative dance session, you are given full permission to explore deep within yourself. Through the action of dance and sound you learn to move, feel and shift the emotions, thoughts and feelings up and out of the body through the movement of your body without any limitations or boundaries in a fun and comfortable environment to be completely free. 

It is so important for us to learn how to move with freedom and tap into the bodies innate intelligence, learning how to develop a rich connection within yourself.It is through this learning we become connected to our higher self, begin to feel expansiveness within our bodies and minds and increase your self-confidence.

It’s a resource that gives us access to our complete joy and freedom and reminds us of who we are beyond the social constraints, to not be and move a certain way but how we as individuals want to move with our own bodies.

Learn how to access our own pleasure through the exploration of dance as you are taken on a journey through the medicine of music to connect with your inner Goddess, Warrior, Spirit Animal, Inner child, regain your youthfulness.

Dance and move with your eyes closed and using the breath you will move through stagnation, limiting self-beliefs, shame, guilt and fears with a uniquely created playlist that guides you into your light.

My prayer is that through this 4 week journey you will embody the medicine of dance along with the medicine of the music and you will have another tool, another resource you can use and turn to when you are needing to feel your emotions and your thoughts in your body to release and shift them to a higher state, a higher vibration.

You will learn how to access your complete joy and freedom and pleasure through Explorative dance by moving your body with raw curiosity and joy to come home to your highest self.
