About the event

A Trauma-Informed, Somatic, and Holistic Foundation in Yoga

This 200-hour training is a deeply embodied path for those seeking to live and share yoga from a place of presence, integrity, and inner knowing. It offers a unique integration of ancient yogic wisdom with contemporary trauma-informed, nervous system-based practices.

Rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga and expanded through somatic tools, polyvagal theory, and functional movement, this training gently guides students into personal transformation—while building the skills, confidence, and clarity needed to teach from lived experience.

Whether you're called to teach, deepen your self-practice, or bring yoga into your healing work or everyday life—this journey supports you in coming home to your body, breath, and authentic voice.
