Tea Ceremonies and Energy Alignment with Kent Steedman

Kent will be offering a number of his renowned tea ceremonies. These are approached in a silent meditative manner, using traditional Chinese tea bowls rather than cups. Kent uses living tea, which is grown from seed and harvested in the traditional matter. This maintains the teas energy signature, which is depleted when grown from cuttings on commercial plantations.

The quality of the tea, and the intention to participate in silence for 30 to 40 minutes, helps create a deep connection to the essence of the tea, and yourself. In this way, tea can been seen as a consciousness that can work on all levels to help relieve stress, pain and mental chatter… the great taste is a good side effect.

Sitting with and serving this quality of tea as a Westerner is a privilege and is how tea came to be known to have tremendous benefits for health and well-being.

PEMF Therapy - Pulser
